Description of Diesel Transfer Pump
In the triple screw pump, the driving screw and driven screw have an ideal mesh and produce several vacuum chambers in the fuel transfer pump. These chambers keep pumping liquids from inlet to outlet and raise the liquid pressure during the pump process. By doing so, the liquid is transferred in a continuous, stable and axle-moving manner. This diesel transfer pump has a flow rate range of 0.2-590m/h, maximum working pressure of 100bar and highest working temperature of 150 ℃.

Application of Diesel Transfer Pump
This screw type oil transfer pump is applicable for transferring media that are non-corrosive, lubricant, contain no particles, and have a temperature lower than 150 ℃ and a viscosity of 3-760 cSt.
Most applied fields are fuel oil, hydraulic engineering, heavy-duty machinery, shipping, offshore engineering, printing, chemical engineering and petroleum.

Main Features of Triple Screw Pump
1. Compact structure. We manufacture various models of triple screw pumps which generally are divided into three categories. The small flow type has a flow rate of 0.2-6.5 m/h, combining pump body and bushing into one part and adopting mechanical sealing. For medium flow type, an independent part is fixed in the pump to function as an integration of pump body and bushing. As for large flow pump, this kind of pump is often designed into double-suction structure and horizontal installation. Two sealing methods are offered: mechanical sealing and packing sealing. In addition, the fuel transfer pump for marine use provides two ways to install, horizontal and vertical method. The motors have AC and DC type for customers to choose.
2. Long lifespan. In the triple screw pump by Life company, the driving screw is driven by motor while the driven screw is actuated by transferred liquid. Therefore, there is no direct contact between driving and driven screws, avoiding damages caused by abrasion. In addition to this, a lubricant film is easily formed between each part since the transferred media most often are oil. Thus, low mechanical friction and long service life are realized.
3. High stability. The uniform linear motion of liquid inside pump provides a high guarantee on low pressure fluctuation, stable flow, low noise, low inertia, little vibration and low starting torque.
4. Excellent suction ability, time saving and highly efficient.
5. Secure safety. For medium and large flow pumps, a protective valve is installed allowing for the security of motor and pipeline. When pressure exceeds the set one, high-pressure oil will go back to tank.

Both driving shaft and driven shaft have been quenching, rough turning, finish turning, tempering, nitriding and more. That’s why they are long lasting and good condition.
After being finish casted, the pump body, valve and cover are processed by advanced machinery, extremely reliable and stable.
